VISA Credit Card
This card is also offered as a Secured Credit Card, which means if you are trying to help build or establish your credit history you may want the Secured feature.
You will receive all benefits of this card, but the secured feature will require you to make either a $500 or $1,000 deposit (determined by the credit limit of the card) into a Share Savings Account or Term Certificate. The funds will remain pledged until the repayment of the balance and closure of the secured credit line. After you have established a credit history, you may apply for an unsecured credit card. If you qualify for the unsecured credit card, the shares originally pledged will be released.

Note: VISA cards will be accepted for purchases outside the United States, but will not work in ATMs.
