Credit Unions For Kids Golf Tournament
Westmark Credit Union has been a proud sponsor of the Credit Unions for Kids (Children’s Miracle Network) program since 1995.
All proceeds raised at Westmark’s 21th Annual Credit Unions for Kids Golf Tournament will be donated to Children’s Miracle Network and more specifically to our region’s children’s hospitals, which are Primary Children’s Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah and St. Luke's Medical Center in Boise, Idaho.

FEE PAYMENT INFORMATION
We have two methods to pay your tournament fees:
1. You can pay by check (payable to Westmark Credit Union) by mailing it to :

2. You can pay by Credit Card after your player/sponsorship information is submitted.
EVENT FEES & SPONSORSHIPS
Participant Fee $200
- Covers one player's green fees, 2 carts per team, catered lunch, team awards, snacks and beverages, and a Golfer Goody Bag for each player.
Team Fee $800
- Covers four player's green fees, 2 carts per team, catered lunch, team awards, snacks and beverages, and a Golfer Goody Bag for each player.
Tournament Event Sponsor $500
