Members First

Our new branding isn’t just about a new logo or fresh colors. It’s also about innovating our member services and interactions, and aligning our visual identity with that goal. We’re proud of the way our brand looks – but we’re prouder of the way we serve our members.

Get ready for new financial services, membership perks and community involvement. After all, we’re not in this for the looks; we’re in this for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about our rebrand and what it means for you.

Absolutely not. We remain the same member-owned credit union we’ve always been. This refresh is about how we look and communicate – and how we strive to continually better serve our members.

No. Your accounts, services and rates will remain the same. What changes is the look and feel – plus improved tools and services to create a more modern and personal experience.

No. All current cards will continue to work through their expiration date. As they are reissued, members will automatically receive cards with updated visual branding. There is no need to request an early replacement card.

Members will begin to see a variety of new products, services and benefits starting October 1, 2025 and continuing through 2026. Look for improvements like:

  • A mobile-first website, launching early 2026
  • Expanded digital tools including an online finances app
  • New solutions for businesses, individuals and families
  • More engaging financial experiences and touchpoints to more closely align with the busy lives of our members

Since we started more than 70 years ago, we’ve gone through numerous visual upgrades – just like most businesses who have been around as long as we have. You trust us to be contemporary, personal and community-focused. We wanted to bring our visual identity in alignment with that expectation.

Starting October 1, 2025, our new visual identity will start to be used in our communications and messaging. In early 2026, our online platforms and branch signage will reflect our new look.
