Secure your Visa® cards with CardComplete
CardComplete is a free mobile app that gives you advanced control, convenience, and security over your Westmark Visa® cards, right from your smartphone or tablet.
With CardComplete, you'll be able to:
- Check your recent card activities to ensure they are valid
- Set where your card can be used, like only in your city or state
- Set spending limits and deny purchases above a certain amount
- Choose which merchants can charge your card
- Easily lock and unlock your cards if they are lost or stolen
- Set up alerts to notify you about your card's activity
Set specific areas where your cards will work. If someone tries a transaction outside the pre-determined region, it will be denied. CardComplete can even create a rule that your Visa won't go through if it's too far away from your phone.

Enable controls to allow or block merchants. You can also lock down a specific card so it can only be used at grocery stores, or limit transactions to gas stations when your kids borrow the car.

What is CardComplete®?
CardComplete is a free, easy-to-use mobile app that lets you decide when and where your Westmark cards are used. Download CardComplete from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
How do I sign up for CardComplete?
You must enroll in Westmark’s Online/Mobile banking prior to using the App. Once registered, download the free App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and log in using your Westmark Credit Union credentials.
I turned my card off. Will recurring transactions still go through?
Yes, but only those that are merchant-indicated and recurring.
What are alert preferences?
These let you know every time a card transaction is attempted. You can be alerted when all or preferred transactions are being made. Alerts are also available by location, transaction type, merchant type, and spending limits.
How long will a transaction history display?
Transactions show up for seven calendar days. Histories contain the last 50 transactions.
What forms of biometric authentication can I use to log in to CardComplete?
On supported iOS devices, you can use Face ID or Touch ID. On supported Android devices, you can use Fingerprint Authentication.
