Now you can design your own credit/debit card and show your own personal style and image.
Imagine your own card with a photo of you, your family, friends, pets, your favorite vacation spot, or company logo.
If this sounds like something you would be interested in all you need to do is choose what type of card you currently have from the images below. You'll then be taken to our partner web site to customize your card. From there you can upload your own photo and choose from a wide variety of gallery backgrounds. You'll then customize your design, enter your personal information, and submit your order. Couldn't be any easier than that and you're on your way to your new Westmark ePix credit/debit card.
Use of copyrighted images is prohibited. Please read the Image Guidelines* for full details.

What if I am having problems, need assistance, or have questions about designing my ePix card?

What if my ePix card is LOST or STOLEN?
If your card has been lost or stolen, please contact ePix Customer Support immediately at (208) 523-1071 or toll free 1-800-574-5626. If it is after hours or on the weekend, call 1-800-453-4270. If you are out of the country and lost your card, call 1-727-570-4881.
Can my joint account owner or additional account users have a different image on their ePix card?
Yes - Maybe. If your account is set up with individual card numbers on each card, it is now possible to have different images on each card. If your account is set up with the same card number on each card, the same image will have to be used on each card. However, it is possible to issue individual card numbers and get separate images on each card. Contact a Westmark Branch for options.
How much does it cost to get an ePix card?
First ePix card – Free of charge!
Replacement ePix card due to Lost/Stolen or re-order (Including changing ePix Design) – $5.00
2nd or more Lost/Stolen ePix card (within 12 months of first Lost/Stolen Card reorder) - $10.00
Normal card re-issue using your current design for expiring cards - Free of charge!

How will I know if my ePix card image is approved or denied?
You will receive an email notification/confirmation.
Will creating an ePix Card change my card number?
Will creating a new ePix Card change my expiration date?
Yes, your expiration date will advance one year from the month/year your new ePix card was issued.
When will I get my new ePix card?
Your new card will be mailed to you and will arrive within 10-14 business days.
What if I did not receive my new ePix card?
Please visit our ePix Customer Support page to contact our support team either by phone or e-mail to confirm the status of your card order.
What if the image on the ePix card I received is not the image I requested or does not look as I expected it to?
We want you to be happy with you ePix card. Please contact our ePix Customer Support to discuss how we can remedy your concerns.
What if I need to replace my ePix card, or want a new ePix card?
If you like your current ePix card image and want to keep it, then you can order a replacement or an additional ePix card with that image simply by contacting our ePix Customer Support.

Can I change my Photo Card image?
Yes. You can change your image as often as you like. A $5.00 fee will be charged for each new Photo Card design you order. Simply use the Card Designer to create and submit a new card design, and then just follow the instructions presented to you after you exit the Card Designer.
